Edith

Edith is a UK and Hong Kong registered physiotherapist with over eight years of experience in musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy. She completed her undergraduate physiotherapy degree in the UK and later pursued further postgraduate training in Hong Kong, obtaining a Master’s degree in Sports Physiotherapy and a Postgraduate Diploma in Modern Acupuncture.

Throughout her career, Edith has worked across NHS services, private MSK outpatient clinics, and tertiary education, giving her broad exposure to a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and rehabilitation settings. She also served as a sports physiotherapist for the Hong Kong Women’s Football Team, where she gained valuable pitch-side experience supporting athletes during training and competition.

Edith has a strong interest in injury prevention, rehabilitation, and exercise-based therapy. She enjoys working with active individuals and athletes, helping them recover from injury, optimise movement, and return to sport safely.

Outside of work, Edith enjoys outdoor activities, camping, and exploring parks or the seafront with her two dogs, Marley and Teddy.
